BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS

In all booking arrangements, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of the persons named in the booking. The contract will be governed by and subject to the Terms & Conditions. No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of Unique Ventures Tours & Travels

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. We  recommend that, a comprehensive travel insurance policy be purchased before you start from your place.

OUR LIABILITIES & LIMITATIONS

Unique Ventures Tours & Travels will not be liable for non-performance/ delay of the tour due to natural calamities,  general strike ("Harthal" or "Bandh"), mechanical defect of the vehicle, accidents, or any other unforeseen circumstance beyond the control of the company.

Unique Ventures Tours & Travels shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage resulting from unforeseen incidents like danger incidents in the sea/backwater, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, act of government authority, wars, civil disturbances, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, or any delay or changes of itinerary including any extra expense which the guest may incur as a result of any of the foregoing causes.

Unique Ventures Tours & Travels shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

Unique Ventures Tours & Travels act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services. All exchange orders, hotel vouchers, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.

All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general well being.

All baggages and personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.

Disputes, if any, shall be subject to Ernakulam (India) Jurisdiction only.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation will be effective from the date we receive cancellation advice in writing, and the refund would be as follows:

If the cancellation advice is received,

•  30 days before the date of commencement of the tour: 50% of the total cost of the tour will be refunded. *

• 15 days before the date of commencement of the tour : 15% of the total cost of the tour will be refunded. *

• Less than 14 days before the date of commencement of the tour: No Refund. *
  
  *( Subject to the cancellation policy of each of the hotels / resorts that has been booked in advance)

• Disputes, if any, shall be subject to Ernakulam (India) Jurisdiction only.
