Lakshadweep Islands
Lakshadweep islands are well connected both by air and sea from Kochi. While Agatti Island can be reached by Air, the other islands can be reached by ship from Kochi.
We have 8 special packages
1. Coral reef package is a Five-days cruise to visit any of the three islands of Kavaratti,Kalpeni,Minicoy and Kadmat by ship- MV Arabian Sea. The island tour is organized during the day with lunch and refreshments ashore. Nights are spent on board the ship. MV Arabian Sea has Diamond class (2 Berth cabin), First class (4 berth cabin) and tourist class (Bunk bed in Dormitory) accommodations are available. Swimming, snorkeling and other water sports are arranged during the day' tour. Foreign nationals cannot avail this package. All water sports & sightseeing will depend on climatic conditions.
2. Swaying palm package is a 6 days and 5 nights tour to Minicoy Island by ship. Accommodation at Minicoy beach Resorts in cottages built on the beach front. Foreign nationals cannot avail this package. All water sports & sightseeing will depend on climatic conditions.
3. Bangaram Island package is a 4 days & 3 nights full board package. Cochin-Agatti- Cochin by air, Agatti-Bangaram-Agatti by boat. Stay in Non A/C huts at Bangaram Island resorts. Here you can have 5 star level accommodation. Bangaram Island is open for international and Indian tourists. (Package extendable on pro-rata basis)
4. Marine wealth awareness package is a 6 Days 5 Nights package to Kadmat Island. 2 Nights (To and fro) on board the ship and 3 nights accommodation at Kadmat beach Resorts in cottages built on the beach front. Snorkeling, Swimming, Kayaking are part of the package. Scuba diving, Wind surfing and para sailing are available with extra cost. All water sports & sightseeing will depend on climatic conditions.
5. Agatti Island package is a 6 days & 5 nights full board package. Cochin-Agatti- Cochin by ship or flight. Stay in cottage at Agatti Resort. Here you can have 3 star level accommodation. One time Kayaking is part of the package. Scuba diving facility also available at the Resort with extra cost. All water sports & sightseeing will depend on climatic conditions. Agatti is open for international and Indian tourists. (Package extendable on pro-rata basis)
6. Samudram Package is a 5 Days and 4 nights cruise to visit islands of Kavaratti, Kalpeni and Minicoy Islands by ship- M.V Kavaratti. The Island tour is organized during the day with lunch and refreshments ashore. Night stay on board the ship. Swimming, snorkeling and other water sports are arranged during day tour. Foreign nationals cannot avail this package. All water sports & sightseeing will depend on climatic conditions. Diamond class (Cabin for 2 pax) accommodation is available with the ship M.V.Kavaratti.
7. Week End Package is a one day excursion package to Kalpeni Island. On Saturday the ship departs from Kochi and on Monday morning ship returns to Kochi. Sunday will be spent with a range of water sports like, snorkeling, kayaking, viewing under water marine life through glass bottomed boats etc.
8. Incredible Islands package covering Agatti, Kadmat and Kavaratti islands. The package is operated from Kochi, twice a week, connecting Kochi - Agatti - Kadmat and Kochi - Agatti - Kavaratti by flight and speedboat. Flight charges are not included in the package. 1. The 1st segment of the package i.e. Kochi - Agatti - Kadmat / Kavaratti will start on every Tuesday and ends on Saturday. The 2nd segment i.e. Kochi - Agatti - Kadmat / Kavaratti, will start on every Saturday and ends on Tuesday. Package Features: The tourists will be taken from Kochi to Agatti by Kingfisher Airlines. The package doesn’t include to and fro flight charges (Kochi to Agatti & Agatti to Kochi), but includes to and fro speedboat charges from Agatti-Kadmat or Kavaratti. On the arrival day, stay at Agatti Island. On the next day the tourists will be taken to Kadmat / Kavaratti by speedboat. On the completion of the package on Saturdays and Tuesdays, tourists will be taken back to Agatti for their take-off to Kochi. The above package includes food, accommodation, local sightseeing, folk dance presentation and limited water sport activities. Other facilities like scuba diving, parasailing, nearby island visit etc., will be charged extra, in addition to the package rates.
