Kerala Cultural Tour
For the culture enthusiasts, Kerala has much to offer. The history and culture dates back to centuries! The art and culture was promoted by ancient rulers. Raja Ravi Varma's paintings, Kathakali and Mohiniattam dance forms, Sculptures, Temple architecture, Handicraft items etc. are great attractions of Kerala. During this tour, you will be taken to a cultural centre in a typical Kerala village. You will stay at this village along with the artists and can get first hand experience in making and learning various dance forms, yoga and meditation etc.

Suggested Itinerary for Kerala cultural tour.
Day 01. Kochi
Arrive Kochi. Meet and assist on arrival and transfer to the hotel. Afternoon visit of Kochi - The Dutch Palace, St.Francis church, Jewish Synagogue, Chinese fishing nets and spices market. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2.
After Break fast drive to Cheruthuruthi. Visit Kalamandalam. Go for the program- “A day with the masters”. In this program you can visit the Dance, music classes and interact with the teachers and the students. Over night stay in Cheruthuruthi.
Day 3.
Allappuzha-Changanacherry-Aranmula. After breakfast, drive to Allappuzha. Cruise on board motorboat to Changanacherry, through the scenic backwaters. Drive to Aranmula. On arrival, check in at the Vigjnana Kala Vedi ( Village house). Explore the village. You may walk to the holy river Pampa. Visit the Temple. All meals and overnight stay in Vigjnana Kala Vedi.
Day 04. Aranmula
After breakfast begin your day with a Yoga session. Attend Workshops. Subjects offered- Kathakali, Kathakali make up, Classical dance, Karnatic music, Kalaripayat etc. All meals and overnight stay in Vigjnana Kala Vedi.
Day 05. Aranmula
After breakfast begin your day with a Yoga session. You can have a Kathakali make up session. Your teacher will paint your face exactly like an original Kathakali dancer. All meals and overnight stay in Vigjnana Kala Vedi.
Day 06. Departure.
Assistance for departure and transfer to the airport (Cochin or Trivandrum) for flight to onward destination.
